Whether you are a private individual or a business looking to cover a single vehicle or a fleet of vehicles, a full maintenance contract may well be a great benefit especially to high mileage users. Firstly there is budgetary control, meaning no nasty surprises such as major repair bills or tyre replacements, along with the added peace of mind that the servicing is carried out at your local Main Dealership using trained technicians supplying genuine parts to your vehicle in addition to the breakdown assistance keeping drivers on the road.

Eligibility
Our contracts are designed to offer you the flexibility in budgeting the full Maintenance costs of your vehicle into manageable monthly rentals over a defined period of time that suits you. Whether you have a car or commercial vehicle up to 3.5 Tonne we are able to cover servicing on New or Used vehicles up to 3 months old that have covered less than 1000 miles for periods from 24 to 60 months.
This contract is available to you whether you buy outright with cash, finance using Hire Purchase or any number of Personal or Business Lease products
All this in one easy monthly payment that can also be added to any form of finance. Total peace of mind with no unexpected maintenance or repair costs.
Tyre Replacements and Punctures
Tyres play a crucial role in vehicle safety which should not be compromised. To ensure that you stay safe on the road, it is important that you look after your tyres and check them regularly.
Tyre fair wear and tear and punctures are covered under Autoserve’s Guaranteed Maintenance package.
There are many different reasons for tyre wear. Your tyres don’t just get worn due to age and use, other factors including emergency braking, incorrect tyre inflation, incorrect wheel alignment, poor road surfacing and driving over a nail can easily damage a tyre. Under our Guaranteed Maintenance package, we’ll replace any tyre as long as there is no sidewall damage and the tread is 2mm or less. We’ll also repair/replace the tyre if it suffers a puncture, as long as there is no sidewall damage.
Replacement tyres due to fair wear and tear and punctures is included as part of our Guaranteed Maintenance package. This service will provide you with peace of mind, knowing that when the vehicle’s tyres need replacing you can take the vehicle into any Kwikfit or National Tyre branch for the tyres to be replaced.
Those with an Autoserve package, with tyres included, will receive a driver card when the contract commences. For replacement tyres, simply show this card in any Kwikfit or National Tyre branch. The branch will then seek authorisation from Autoserve to replace/repair the tyres with no additional cost from you.
Accident Management
Our Accident Management service covers both fault and non-fault accidents with a 24/7, 365 days a year incident response line.
Driver and passenger safety is crucial and therefore speed is of the essence. After your call to the dedicated Autoserve customer line, our accident management partner will quickly send an incident response vehicle to their location.
From breakdowns to major road traffic accidents, motorway closures and chemical spillages, our partner will endeavour to always fix vehicles at the roadside, if it is legal and safe to do so. If this isn’t possible they will recover the vehicle and arrange the safe onward travel of drivers, passengers and time-critical loads to their final destination.
Our partner has access to a nationwide network of BS-10125 approved repairers who work to agreed labour rates and part discounts. They also have in-house ATA / VDA Qualified Engineers who review estimates to ensure true and fair damage costs.
While the vehicle is in for repair they will provide you with a courtesy car, free of charge, and will contact the relevant insurance companies on your behalf to settle any claims. They’ll also provide free legal assistance if the driver is not at fault. As an added bonus, our partner also has a high value of delegated authority with a number of large insurers which in turn will help to minimise downtime and overall claim costs.

Breakdown Assistance
Whether it’s going to an important business meeting, a social engagement or picking the kids up from school, a breakdown in any vehicle is unpleasant, time consuming and costly. A breakdown cover policy covers you for roadside repairs if your vehicle breaks down while you’re out and about or while you’re at home.
Breakdown Assistance, with unlimited call outs, is included with all our Guaranteed Maintenance contracts. If your vehicle breaks down anywhere in the UK, including at home, you simply need to give the assistance line a call and we’ll arrange for a reputable breakdown company, such as the AA, to attend to the vehicle 24/7.
Our selected partners have a fleet of breakdown vans, recovery trucks and other specialist vehicles to support a wide range of breakdown situations. The main aim of this will be to fix the vehicle by the roadside, if this is not possible the vehicle will be towed to a local approved garage for repair.
Breakdown cover isn’t a legal requirement, but it can make your life easier and take away the hassle of car trouble when you’re out and about.

What's Not Included
- Tyre sidewall damage is not covered by any of our packages. The driver/company is liable for the repair or replacement of any tyres with sidewall damage.
- Alloy wheel repairs or replacements are not included.
- Purchase and or fitting of winter tyres are not included.
