How it works

Complete the vehicle information using the dropdown menu tabs ensuring your Make, Model, Fuel Type, Engine Size, Transmission, Specification, Annual mileage, Term and Rental profile is chosen.
When you click ‘Get Quote’ your monthly quote will be shown underneath, separating out the VAT element and showing a final VAT inclusive rental. This is how much your contract will cost you each month paying as a private individual or business user for your chosen period.

Complete the process detailed above and once you have obtained your quotation simply complete the remaining fields detailing, your Name, Postcode, Address Look Up, email address and telephone number.
If you are happy to proceed with your quotation, then select 'Apply Now'.
Once ‘Apply Now’ has been selected a PDF of your quotation will be emailed to you directly.

A copy of your application will be sent to both CarAndVanServicing.com and Autoserve.
Autoserve will review the application and send you an Agreement and a Direct Debit mandate to complete. Remember there are NO credit searches or credit footprints required in raising your contract.
You will need to confirm the registration number of your vehicle, and delivery date if your vehicle is brand new, to Autoserve so they can activate your agreement. You can see a copy of the Agreement here.

You should read and sign the Agreement and the Direct Debit mandate, returning them to Autoserve as directed. The documents are electronic and completed via Docusign online.

Autoserve will take the initial payment then issue you with a driver card and you are covered for the length of the Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Your first monthly rental is usually taken 28 days from your contract being live.
